When will I be able to submit an abstract for the conference?
Abstract submission will open on July 9, 2024. Once open delegates will be able to register through the paper submission site.

When is the early registration deadline?
The early bird registration deadline is TBD.
Do I have to pay by credit card online or can I be invoiced?
All registrations are paid for online however if this is not possible, please contact us at Shelby Lussier.
Can I pay in my local currency?
All payments must be made in USD to ensure that the full amount is received.
Can I get a receipt for my payment to attend the conference?
Receipts will be issued electronically via email and this will be the only form of receipt.
How can I receive an invitation letter to the conference for my VISA application?
An invitation letter will be issued after you have registered and payment has been received. Please reach out to us at slussier@conferencecatalysts.com if you require an invitation letter.
